So, let's assume that you have been blown away by this web site so far. Everything you've seen convinces you that you need to have Re: Creations at your church or conference. What do you do now?

You can reach our offices at 1-800-515-2422. We would recommend calling three to four months in advance unless you are looking at a date during our busy season (February-March, September-October). For these busier times we would suggest calling six-seven months in advance. We would also recommend that if possible you have some alternate dates in mind when you call. That way even if your first choice is already booked we can still find a time to share our ministry with you and your group.
Although we do recommend calling well in advance, please know that scheduling is a very in-exact science. There are plenty of times that we have had churches or groups call us with a month's notice and find that their desired date was still open. So, call us in advance if you can but if not . . . just CALL US!

Financial Arrangements
One of the most difficult questions we ever have to answer is, "How much do you charge?" Well, in an effort to provide that information up front we thought we would include it as part of this page. We have made every possible effort to make sure this ministry is accessible to all--we never want to tell a church that they cannot afford the message that God has given us. For this reason we are very happy to work with any church on the basis of a free will love offering plus travel expenses. We do have a few basic requests that we make to churches who bring us in on such an arrangement: we ask that the offering be announced in advance, that it be taken at the end of the service, and that the people are made aware that this is a full-time ministry and represents our sole means of support. We will provide a list of these requests with the confirmation materials.
Expenses for Re: Creations include round trip mileage from our home to your church or conference site; meals while we are with you; and one motel room per night. (People often ask us if we are willing to stay in people's homes. We certainly appreciate the hospitality that represents. However we have learned in nearly 10 years of traveling that it is VERY DIFFICULT for us to really rest and take care of ourselves when we are in a church member's home. We hope you can understand this policy.)
Occasionally we run into churches that are not comfortable in taking up a love offering or conferences at which a love offering would not be appropriate. For these events we are happy to quote a standard honorarium
- $1000 + expenses - Full day
- $600/day + expenses - Staley Lecture Series
- $600 + expenses - Single service
- $600/day + expenses - Multi-day event
- $200-750 + expenses - Workshops (depending on length)
- $200-300 + expenses - BSU, college, or other student groups
And then of course there are the places that we do just because it's important to us. We frequently do chapel services or special performances at homeless shelters, prisons, and children's homes for free. If you are affiliated with such an organization please give us a call and we will work with you to find a time that Re: Creations can share its ministry and message with your people.
